**For March and April 2024, only students in ECON442 and ECON642 can book meetings here. Everyone else please email me about meetings.**
- You can book one meeting before your term paper presentation and a second after your term paper presentation. I may allow extra meetings if time is available.
- I can meet in my office (Social Sciences 320) or at https://duke.zoom.us/my/robertgarlick.
- Enter your preferred venue on the form when you book.
**From May 2024 onward, the usual guidelines below apply for meetings.**
- The scheduling system generally does not allow you to book meetings more than 2 months in advance.
**PhD advisees at Duke or elsewhere**:
- You can sign up for meetings of 30 or 60 minutes. Please start meetings on the hour or half-hour, not quarter-hour.
- Please read my advising guidelines at https://www.robgarlick.com/teaching before we meet, if you haven't already done that.
**Masters advisees at Duke**:
- You should sign up for one 15-minute meeting to discuss course registration for each semester. I will email you before course registration opens with details about these meetings.
- If you want to, you can sign up for one other 15- or 30-minute meeting each semester to discuss study and career plans. This is not required.
**Undergraduate thesis advisees**:
- You should discuss meeting schedules with me when you start the thesis.
**Current students in classes I am teaching**:
- Consult the class syllabus for meeting information.
**Everyone else**:
- Please email me before booking a meeting.
